What that's basically done, is made a LUT internally in DaVinci Resolve, which you can then add to other things. If you’ve generated optimized media or proxies, it defaults to whatever you’d selected at the time of generating those. Since those aren’t RAW, there’s nothing that’s going to be changing. This image serves not only as a reference image, but also contains all of the attributes of the grade, bringing any nodes that you were working with along with it. This really sucks. I am a Studio user and since version 18 I cannot export on MP4 format because the audio button is greyed out and no audio is exported. I can only use Quicktime but this is not the way I wanna go because of many other reasons. I am running Linux Ubuntu, Windows or Mac is no option, I am and will be a Linux user.. 0z

Right-click on the still and select export. You can now save the still under a variety of different formats. Right now you have a simple png in the timeline. Those are controls for that png. If you want do some effects to it, you have to drop an effect onto the png from the left side first.
